UPDATE REGARDING RECENT TRADING IN THE COMPANY'S SECURITIES

Shareholders of Quantum Foods ("Shareholders") are referred to the SENS announcement published on Friday,
8 March 2024, wherein Quantum Foods provided an update regarding recent developments relating to the Company
and movements in the Company's share price and advised, inter alia, that the Company was not aware of Country Bird
Holdings Proprietary Limited's ("CBH") intentions regarding its recent acquisitions of the Company's securities
("Announcement").

Shareholders are hereby advised that, subsequent to the Announcement, CBH addressed a letter to the board of
directors of the Company advising, inter alia, that it has no intention of making a takeover bid for Quantum Foods.
