UNAUDITED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023 

Rex Trueform is an investment holding company incorporated in South Africa and listed on the 
JSE Limited ("JSE") in the "apparel retailers" sector. The company has investments in fashion 
retail, property, media and broadcasting and water infrastructure. 

FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS 
- Revenue increased by 2.0% to R480.0 million (2022: R470.8 million) 
- Gross profit margin % decreased to 46.5% (2022: 48.5%) 
- Operating profit decreased by 58.3% to R41.4 million (2022: R99.1 million) 
- Earnings per share decreased by 62.3% to 100.0 cents (2022: 265.1 cents) 
- Headline earnings per share decreased by 62.2% to 100.3 cents (2022: 265.2 cents) 
- Net asset value per share increased by 5.7% to R20.50 (2022: R19.39) 
- Ordinary dividend per share paid amounted to nil cents (2022: nil cents)
