RETIREMENT AND RESIGNATION OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, the
Board wishes to advise that, after serving the board and chairing the audit and risk committee
since 2016, Mr Luigi Matteucci has advised the board of his pending retirement as a director
of the Company with effect from the date of the Company's 2024 annual general meeting.

In addition, for personal reasons, Ms Skweyiya has tendered her resignation with effect from
10 April 2024.

and guidance as the Virginia Gas Project has evolved into the producing asset it is today. We
also thank Thembisa for her contributions to the board. We wish them all the best in their
