Shareholder are advised that a Circular has been prepared to provide Shareholders holding less than 100
shares with relevant information relating to an Odd-lot Offer and associated changes to the Memorandum
of Incorporation ("MOI"), as well as to convene the General Meeting at 10h00 on Tuesday, 28 May 2024, to
be held at Boardroom 1, 22 Impala Road, Chislehurston, Sandton and allowing for electronic participation
for the purposes of considering and, if deemed fit, passing, with or without modification, the Resolutions
contained in the Notice of General Meeting, to approve the changes to the MOI as well as to approve and
implement the Odd-lot Offer.
